When Calling After Hours

State your full name and phone number clearly.

Briefly describe the problem or concern.

For accuracy, please be prepared to spell your name.
Response Process

Your call will be directed to the on-call administrator.

The on-call administrator will return your call as soon as possible.
-
Please allow time for a response. If you do not hear back within one hour, call 610-721-3017 again.
If the On-Call Administrator Does Not Pick Up

Leave a voicemail with your name, phone number, and concern.

Your voicemail will automatically be forwarded for follow-up.
